The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the charming village. We loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately be surrounded by the festive Christmas atmosphere. The staff was also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans and ensuring we had a memorable experience. Additionally, the room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay during our Christmas vacation.
That the shower in our room had a small gap in the guard, causing the water to seep onto the bathroom floor. It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nice to have a fully enclosed shower to prevent any water leakage.
